Claw Keep helps you save, organize, and research links, notes, images, files, and other content you choose to add to the app. This policy explains what information the app handles and how it is used.

Information You Provide

Claw Keep may store content you save in the app, including links, notes, images, files, titles, summaries, tags, collections, and related metadata. If you choose to sign in, the app may receive account details such as your name, email address, and profile image from the sign-in provider.

AI and Processing

When you use AI-powered features, saved content and related context may be sent to Claw Keep's backend or selected AI providers so the app can generate summaries, research, classifications, tags, or answers. You should avoid saving sensitive personal information unless you are comfortable with this processing.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Claw Keep Pro subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Claw Keep uses StoreKit subscription information to unlock paid features. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

Diagnostics and Support

If you contact support, we may receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, device details, screenshots, and a description of the issue.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Data may be processed by service providers that help operate the app, including hosting, authentication, AI processing, and subscription validation services.

Data Retention

Content saved locally in the app remains on your device unless you delete it, export it, or use features that send it to backend services for processing. Support messages and backend records may be retained as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

Your Choices

You can delete saved items in the app, manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings, and contact support for privacy-related requests.

Children

Claw Keep is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
